The best way to explain the WordPress Care package is to compare it to an iPhone. Think of how your phone upgrades to the latest operating system or feature. It’s because the hardware can’t handle the new software capabilities. The same is true with WordPress.
Once we complete your website, everything is shiny and new. Over time, the core WordPress functionality is updated and some pieces may become deprecated; themes and plugins get updated to patch any security holes or add new features; the PHP language that WordPress is built with, may have a version update and the website we created is no longer compatible with the latest (and host supported) PHP version. This is the case with all websites.
Eventually, you will have to either figure it out or hire someone to maintain your site long-term.
