These policies will aid users in determining how Your Legacy Brand fulfills orders.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Michigan, USA. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
At Your Legacy Brand, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. We love our clients, serve with integrity, and use these policies as minimally as possible. That being said, we have policies in place both to protect our clients and our business. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased on our website. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.
At Your Legacy Brand, we sell virtual products and render service. We deliver our products to users via Email, Website, HeartBeat, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc as it suits the product/service and your business.
By using our service, you agree to let us display the finished product on our website (or any other platform) as our portfolio for marketing purposes.
We provide unlimited revisions for selected services, wherever applicable. Unlimited revisions are only valid for 14 days from the delivery of the design concepts.
Definition of unlimited revisions includes (but not limited to):
The “unlimited revision policy” will no longer be valid when (i) the delivery of the design concepts is more than 14 days; (ii) the customer has approved and received the finalized design.
For avoidance of doubt, the term “unlimited revisions” does not mean coming up with new design concepts. Request of new design concepts are subjected to additional service fees.
We may offer returns in the following conditions:
Clients may request a refund within 7 days following joining a program, mastermind, retreat or course. After 7 days the agreed amount is owed by the client. If an unforeseen circumstance arises that causes the client to not be able to attend the program, mastermind, retreat or course, Your Legacy Brand will do its best to ensure they are able to join at a later date or replace with a similar service for the same amount due.
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
At Your Legacy Brand, we sell virtual products and render services. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
The following are to note:
If after repeated attempts by Your Legacy Brand to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of the Services, Client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Your Legacy Brand’s requests and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at the option of Your Legacy Brand, be abandoned, whereupon Your Legacy Brand may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees and the Work that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased online or as described in the original Order Form, wherever applicable. If the client returns at a future date requested to resume work, a $500 administration fee will be issued.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to support@yourlegacybrand.com stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
