In episode 3 of the Legacy Lounge Podcast, I am going to guide you through a visual meditation to help you actualize the goals you have created from the work you did in our first two episodes.
(If you haven’t listened to episodes 1 and 2 yet, I highly encourage you to give them a lesson and move through the exercises before listening to episode 3—trust me, the visualization in this episode will be much more powerful if you have your vision and goals ready to go.)
To recap: In episode 2 we discussed getting clear on your vision and setting some goals that will help get you closer to your vision.
The goal for episode 3, is to help you envision those goals and bring them to life through a vision casting exercise.
Through this visualization it is important that you:
- Clarify your goal(s) and actionable steps you wrote down from episode 2.
- Acknowledge any doubts you have regarding your vision.
- Resolve to do your best to rid yourself of these doubts.
Vision casting and meditation are a wonderful way to break down those barriers to reach your goals, and I know this episode will put you in the state of mind to bring your vision to life.
By the end of this exercise, you will have experienced a dreamy moment in the future that you will embrace and release—only to meet up with it again sometime soon. You won’t believe the quantum leaps that are coming your way after this one!
