Whether you’ve been in business for a week or 10 years, it’s time to think about your team on a deeper level. 

 

Your business’s team has the potential to catapult you into the next level or keep you stuck. This is why it’s important to stop and take stock of all of the people, including yourself, who are helping to make your vision a reality. 

 

Ideally, your team should bring out the best in you and the best in each other. Every member should bring a different strength to the table that complements the whole. A great team is made up of a diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences that you, as the leader, can pull from and build upon. 

 

But how do you get there? What if you’re a solopreneur, holding down the fort all on your own? What about if you’ve been building a team, but you’re just not feeling the good vibes quite yet?
